Commissionaires and Highpoint Security Join Forces

Security leaders aim to expand reach and service in Barrie

Toronto, ON (November 26, 2007) – Commissionaires, Canada’s most experienced provider of security and related services is pleased to announce that the Barrie office has amalgamated with Highpoint Security. Highpoint is a provider for the hospitality, service, manufacturing, transportation and constructions industries in the area.

The amalgamation will allow for greater customer reach and visibility in Barrie as Highpoint Security currently operates at prominent resorts north of Toronto. Commissionaires opened their Barrie office in March of 2007 and has been steadily growing its presence in the area.

The acquisition will be effective on December 8th, 2007.
