Chief and Petty Officers’ Mess at CFB Esquimalt, BC
The Honourable Steven L. Point, OBC Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia, was the guest of honour at Victoria Division’s annual Christmas reception and awards dinner, held at the Chief and Petty Officers’ Mess at CFB Esquimalt on December 9, 2009. His honour presided over the presentation of seven Commissionaire Distinguished Service Medals to deserving Commissionaires.
