Project Reindeer

October 24, 2009, Winnipeg, MB - Project Reindeer is an initiative by Commissionaires Manitoba to share the Holiday Spirit with our much respected, troops overseas. We are collecting unwrapped travel sized goods so we can create packages that will be mailed out in November. To sign up a family member serving overseas during the holiday season call 204-942-5993 ext 2223.

Donations will be collected Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm starting October 6, at:

  • Commissionaires Division Office at 50 Stafford Street (intersection at Academy) and
  • Commissionaires Security Training Academy at 83 Sherbrook Street

  • Individual Cereal Boxes
  • Microwaveable Popcorn
  • Instant oatmeal, soup or other items that only require hot water
  • Beef Jerky/ Hot Rods
  • Power Bars, Granola Bars
  • Dried Food
  • Tuna in "fresh pouches"
