Angela Jacklin balanced family life and a military career throughout her 32 years of dedicated service to the CAF. Although she was never posted in theatre, she spent two years at sea, and was an instructor at various points in her career, teaching QL3 and QL6 finance courses, among others.
Angela is an administrative supervisor with four years of dedicated service at our Ottawa Division. She works at the Canadian Space Agency campus in the west end of Ottawa with other veterans, all of whom report to a civilian supervisor who Angela says values their work ethic and service experience.
Veterans like Angela are a reminder of why we create meaningful employment opportunities for veterans. They bring a distinct level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail to the workplace.
