Reports to: Director, Finance
Responsible for: To support the Director in daily supervision of staff, bi-weekly HQ payroll administration, oversight of accounting services (A/P, A/R, Payroll), Business Planning and Forecasting, and other related duties in accordance with legislation and professional standards and practices.
This position is accountable for the preparation of Management/Executive Payroll; integrity of monthly financial reporting and sub-ledgers, banking and sub-ledger reconciliations, trust accounts reporting, monthly journal entries, and the overall supervision and engagement of the four-person accounting team. We are seeking a professional manager who is collaborative, excels at multi-tasking, and demonstrates exceptional communications skills.
